Makila AI was selected by CIFFOP to lead a training session focused on workforce planning challenges and the role of AI in HR decision-making. This session was part of the International Human Resource Management Master’s program at CIFFOP, Paris-Panthéon-Assas University, renowned for its excellence in strategic talent management education.

Highlights of the program included:

• Analysis of key HR indicators and metrics

• Demonstration of Makila AI solutions for transforming workforce planning

• Group exercises on critical metrics and the application of AI in HR decision support
