Montreal, October 25, 2022 – Makila AI has received the Diversity and Inclusion Award at the Annual Recognition Gala organized by the FCCCO on October 14 in Toronto. This business award recognizes companies that have made a significant commitment to diversity and inclusion within their ecosystem. FCCCO awards honor organizations, policies, projects, and concepts focused on developing innovative solutions to address health and climate crises, social injustices, and economic inequalities.
“It is a true honor to receive this award alongside leaders of innovative companies and ambitious project initiators. We are proud that Makila AI is recognized for its commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives within businesses,” said Layla Nasr, CEO of Makila AI.
This recognition follows a May 2021 acknowledgment by Innovative Solutions Canada, which selected Makila AI to be part of the directory of innovative solutions to be tested by federal government departments and agencies.
Founded in 2017 in Montreal, Makila AI continues to grow on both sides of the Atlantic. Our solution is deployed in Canada and Europe.
Makila AI’s EDI platform leverages artificial intelligence and data analytics to assess gaps in Diversity and Inclusion and recommend personalized action plans for organizations. It enables public institutions and large organizations to benefit from a 360° observatory of their current diversity and inclusion status. To this end, we provide our clients with powerful predictive analytics and simulation tools to manage and measure their EDI initiatives over time.
Congratulations to the Makila AI team for all the progress made in accelerating the promotion of diversity and inclusion in our community. Special recognition to Layla Nasr for leading by example and ensuring that success is shared!
