This week, we had the pleasure of participating in the Nuclear Forum – Building the Quebec Supply Chain, organized by Investissement Québec.

Driven by sustained global growth, nuclear power plant refurbishment and construction projects are paving the way for exceptional business prospects. The cutting-edge expertise sought in demand advantageously positions Québec companies to seize these strategic opportunities internationally.

A central issue that clearly emerged from the discussions was that of skills and talents, which are real drivers of transformation and sustainability in the sector. This theme was explored in a workshop facilitated by Louis Bergeron, President – Proconseils Canada, Layla Nasr, CEO of Makila AI, Guy Hotte, former President of the Canadian Nuclear Society (Canadian Nuclear Society ) and Executive Consultant, Nuclear Safety, Licensing and New Construction – Kinectrics and Nicolas Godbout, Director – Department of Engineering Physics, Polytechnique Montréal.

A big thank you to Investissement Québec for organizing this event and its ongoing support, as well as to Sylvain St-Cyr, Senior Advisor – Exports, Energy and Environment, and Marie-Noelle Gauthier MBA, Specialized Advisor – Exports.
